We’ve got exciting news for our ‘good’ tier customers.
We’re super excited to announce that our ‘good’ tier customers will now receive motion detection through their Neos camera*.
This means that providing your Neos system is armed, you’ll be alerted the moment any motion is detected in real time, so no scrolling through hours of footage! If you get an alert, simply launch the app and view the live camera feed.
So how does it work?
You’ll receive a notification and an in-app message explaining when your motion feature is going live. Then motion detection will be automatically turned on. All you’ll need to do is ensure your camera is switched on and is up and running.
