If you need to start or review an existing claim, please call our claims line on 020 3210 3000. Once dialled, please select 2. existing customer and then 4. make/amend a claim.

Our claims phone line is open 24/7, however for non-urgent claims please call during our main opening hours between 08:00 - 18:00.

If you have our Home Emergency cover and have an urgent issue that needs immediate attention, please call our claims line on 020 3210 3000. Once dialled, please select 2. existing customer and then 3. make Home Emergency claim.
